Artwork may be returned for exchange or store credit for any reason at any time as long as the artist is one the gallery still carries in inventory and is still promoting at the time the request is submitted. The gallery will only accept the frame if we framed it. We do not offer cash refunds on artwork. Cancellation of orders for artwork that is special ordered is not permitted.
If a return is for any reason other than defects in the product, any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
Your original sales receipt must accompany the merchandise and it must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
